APOSTOLIC MINISTRIES OF FRIENDSHIPCHRISTIAN CHURCH
DEACONS MINISTRY
Responsible for establishing methods to help care for the spiritual, emotional and physical needs of the FCC Membership.
TRUSTEE MINISTRY
Responsible for monitor the cleanliness of the buildings and the neatness of the grounds. Make necessary adjustments with staff duties, trustee assignments or contracted service providers to help with the up-keep of our facility.
MINISTER OF PROTOCOL
Responsible for overseeing operations and procedures for each worship services and all other events assigned by Bishop.
SPECIAL EVENTS MINISTRY
Responsible for planning with various teams, other ministries or individuals to have the following Celebrations at FCC:

Assist with planning other special conferences and events as assigned by Bishop.
PROPHETIC MINISTRIES OF FRIENDSHIPCHRISTIAN CHURCH
AESTHETIC MINISTRY
Responsible for ensuring that sure plants are fresh and neatly arranged.
AUDIO MINISTRY
Responsible for ensuring adequate sound for each worship service.
DRAMA MINISTRY
Responsible for facilitating creative ways to celebrate Easter and Christmas.
HYMN CHOIR
Responsible for supporting the worship services with hymn music.
VIDEO MINISTRY
Responsible for planning to begin recording all teaching and worship services and preparation for streaming live.
LCD MINISTRY
Responsible for planning to offer visual support for teaching sessions.
USHERS MINISTRY
Responsible for welcoming and seating worshippers during each worship service with a smile.
INTERCESSORY PRAYER MINISTRY
Responsible for scheduling "theme" prayer days for the congregation,
praying for church focus and coordinating times for fasting with Bishop McCullough.
DELIVERANCE MINISTRY
Responsible for schedule deliverance sessions promptly.
GREETERS MINISTRY
Responsible for greeting parishioners that we need a warm and inviting CULTURE of Love.
HOSPITALITY MINISTRY
Responsible for coordinating with kitchen team to provide light refreshments for worship services.
SECURITY MINISTRY
Responsible for assuring the safety of all worshippers as they park and enter into the worship center.
DANCE MINISTRY

Responsible for ministering liturgical or lyrical dance during worship services.
BANNER (FLAG) MINISTRY
Sis. Debra Ervin
Responsible for ministering prophetic flags during worship services and keeping worshipers informed about the colors of worship.
MUSIC MINISTRY
Responsible for Facilitating music for each worship service at FCC and others assigned, Scheduling weekly rehearsals, Ensuring that each member of the choir is confident in vocals, Adding additional vocals to the praise team, Ensuring that all musicians are well rehearsed, Making sure that the music flows with worship focus, Coordinating with wardrobe advisors for uniformity, Remaining abreast of current music

FAMILY PROMISE
Responsible for coordinating reception and fulfillment of daily needs to families in transition who reside at FCC on a quarterly basis.
PRISON/JAIL MINISTRY
Responsible for providing spiritual support for inmates who are in jail or prison.
KITCHEN MINISTRY
Responsible for providing food service support for special events, meetings, etc.
MISSIONARY MINISTRY
Responsible for planning events to provide opportunity to minister to the needs of others.
RECOVERY MINISTRY
Responsible for conducting weekly small group meeting at Salvation Army to minister to the needs of those in recovery.
TRANSPORTATION MINISTRY
Responsible for providing transportation to and from Sunday worship services.
WOODHILL ELEMENTARY PARTNERSHIP MINISTRY
Responsible for coordinating the collaboration between Woodhill Elementary School and FCC to offer support to students.
WEBSITE MANAGEMENT MINISTRY
Responsible for the maintenance of the FCC website.
RHEMA WORD BOOKSTORE MINISTRY
Responsible for providing media for the congregation at a minimal donation.
HELPING HANDS MINISTRY
Responsible for providing free food and clothing for the surrounding community.
PASTORAL MINISTRIES OF FRIENDSHIPCHRISTIAN CHURCH
ADJUTANTS MINISTRY
Responsible for supporting Bishop and First Lady McCullough during worship service and speaking engagements.
SHEPHERD'S CARE MINISTRY
Responsible for offering aid to Bishop and 1st Lady McCullough.
GOLDEN AGE MINISTRY
Responsible for meeting the spiritual needs of the seniors of FCC.
HEALTH CARE MINISTRY
Responsible for maintaining health awareness for the members of FCC.
MOTHERS BOARD MINISTRY
Responsible for setting a holy and graceful example to the the membership.
LIVING SINGLE MINISTRY
Responsible for ministering to the single members of FCC.
WOMEN'S MINISTRY
Responsible to ministering to the women of FCC.
MEN'S MINISTRY
Responsible for ministering to the men of FCC.
COUPLES AFTER GOD'S HEART
Responsible for ministry to the married couples of FCC.
SENIOR CARE MINISTRY
Responsible for ministering to the seniors of FCC.
HOSPITAL AND BEREAVEMENT MINISTRY
Responsible for ministering to the needs of the membership at difficult times.
EMOTIONAL WELLNESS MINISTRY
Responsible for ministering to the emotional needs of the congregation.
MORNING MANNA PRAYER CALL MINISTRY
Responsible for coordination of the morning prayer and devotional call.
GENERATION NOW (K-12) MINISTRY
Responsible for meeting the spiritual needs of the youth and children of FCC.
NURSERY MINISTRY
Responsible for providing support for youth of FCC ages 0-5.
TEACHING MINISTRIES OF FRIENDSHIPCHRISTIAN CHURCH
MID-WEEK MANNA (THE WORD OF GOD)
Responsible for providing discipleship training through instruction of the Word of God through Bible Study, small group.
SCHOLARSHIP MINISTRY
Responsible for coordinating the annual distribution of the TM Walker Scholarship.
CHURCH SCHOOL MINISTRY
Responsible for discipleship training on Sundays.
BULLETIN BOARDS / INFO CENTER MINISTRY
Responsible for ensuring that bulletin boards reflect the activities of the church or godly messages.
NEW MEMBERS MINISTRY
Responsible for the assimilation of new church members into the FCC family.
